No wireless gear including singer.

Michael switched from Dean back to Gibson guitars before this tour started.
The tour is billed as "My Years With UFO".
Was this all intentional to give the most authentic late-70's UFO sound and look? If so, they nailed it (sans Mogg, Way, Parker, and Raymond).
The setlist was close to the same as Strangers in the Night with some interesting exceptions ? songs added and removed by Michael without the influence of his old bandmates, perhaps songs never performed live before, songs Michael enjoys playing.
Another interesting point: you never see the sound barriers around the drum set at typical hard rock shows like was present here. This concert was at a volume that did not require hearing protection. I'm no sound tech, but I assume that is why they used the barriers, so the sound tech could dial in the volume to the moderate level it was. The last time I saw Schenker was at the Caboose in Minneapolis many years ago, and it was LOUD! Maybe they know us old fans can't take the blistering level anymore and they've dialed it back for us. It sounded perfect!
Can You Roll Her - love the slide work on this song! Note the slide handoff, then Michael taking the stance to dig into his solo, then the look on his face at the end. I never get tired of watching this video! What a great show!
