Schenker Fest Live in Milwaukee 3/18/2018
Hello Ritchie!
Just a note to all of what a great performance by all members of Schenker Fest!
The show started with 5 blistering songs from the Gary Barden years. I am still partial to this era as it was the time period that I first discovered Michaels' music. Mr. Barden did a great job of getting the crowd to sing along. Chris Glenn provided some very humorous faces through the set. All singers came out frequently to sing back up. Graham was spot on as well. I could not believe my ears when they played Searching for Reason! The Mcauley era songs went over well. (Michaels' stab a commercial music). Doogie is the man! I did not get a chance to see Temple of Rock when they toured the states last. His song writing definitely takes Schenker to a new level. They close with no less than 5 UFO songs as mentioned before. They also played 5 new ones from Resurrection showing how strong those songs are to be playing so many on so soon after the albums release. A big thank you to you as well for running the site and allowing us fans to voice our love for such and amazing guitar player!
